Leadership and Structure

The court is headed by the Chief Judge of Yobe State, who oversees the administration of justice and the management of judicial officers. The High Court consists of various judges, magistrates, and supporting legal and administrative personnel who work collectively to ensure justice delivery.

Jurisdiction and Functions

The Yobe State High Court exercises jurisdiction over civil and criminal matters as provided by the Nigerian Constitution and other relevant statutes. It adjudicates on:
